The Villa

A large new villa in a gated development with 4 double bedrooms, private swimming pool, off street parking and garden. The property is a short distance away to the local Belek golf courses and Kadriye Beach Park.  It is also walking distance to Kadriye town, with all its local shops, restaurants and amenities and five minutes drive to Belek town. 

The accommodation comprises of a large L shaped reception room with marble floors and patio doors leading onto a terrace overlooking the swimming pool. There is a fully equipped open plan kitchen with dining area and a downstairs cloakroom.

The first floor has a master bedroom with en-suite shower room. There are two further double bedrooms (one with twin beds) and a showeroom which has a large shower and sauna.

On the second floor is a lovely guest suite with shower room and private terrace. All bedrooms have access to a balcony or terrace and separate air conditioning units.

We have tried to think of everything you need for your holiday so that you will have a fully equiped home from home that is both luxurious and comfortable at the same time. There are 3 televisions, dvd player, iPod docking station, wifi internet access, microwave and pool/beach towels provided.  The villa comes fully furnished including all bedding and towels. The development runs a shuttle to the beach but we would recommend hiring a car so thar you can see more of the delights that Turkey has to offer.  We can give you details of a local car hire company should you wish to use one.
